Gas for Goodness: Supporting Our Community
Reno Youth Jazz OrchestraEvery Wednesday this July, we’ll make a ($.01) penny donation to Reno Youth Jazz Orchestra, a local nonprofit,  for every gallon of gas sold from our Sierra Car Care/MST Tire Centers.  And we’ll donate $1.00 per tire sold each Saturday at MST Tire Center.

The Reno Youth Jazz Orchestra (RYJO) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization established in 2006. Their mission is to assemble, by audition, the top middle and high school Jazz talent in the Reno-Sparks-Carson-Tahoe communities in order to provide opportunities for the performance, preservation, appreciation, and study of JAZZ.

Reno is ArtownIn Reno, we are lucky to have a great blend of local musicians and artists willing to enhance our city through the arts. With the love of art, dance, theater, and music, our community is able to come together and enjoy Artown.

A strong collaboration of artists help create the Artown our community is so proud of. As Artown events come to a close for the 2013 summer, we encourage your attendance to extend gratitude to these artists who have dedicated their summer to Artown.

“Each July, theatre lovers can revel in the dramatic fervor citywide as a multitude of talented local theatre companies present works they’ve devoted countless hours to refining for the Artown festival.

With a vast array of tremendous local theatrical talent, there are a plethora of performances to catch this July, put on by many different troupes. From lighthearted and family-friendly, to poignant and compelling, this year’s festival will certainly sate your theatrical appetite.”
